For students ages 13 and up                           $42 Saturday, August 17, 2024 12 – 3 p.m. In this class we will learn to capture the essence of flowers; allowing them to come to life with movement, interest, and grace. We will use exercises that help us truly see, soak in, and capture beauty and delicious details using your very own unique artistic expression. We will learn to follow delight as we use line and movement to discover the sweetness, design, and wonder of the flowers we draw. We will also play with page design, abstraction and simplification, line quality, and color. All experience levels welcome. Dancing Flowers with Oriana Sage Supply list  Micron pen set or similar fine-tipped permanent pens, with at least one tip in the 005 to 03 range for fine detail Watercolor paints- any 3+ colors that you enjoy Watercolor Paper, any size or selection that you prefer Watercolor brushes- there will be some available to share if needed  Sketchbook or scratch paper Bring a flower that captures your awe in some way. *Pre-registration is required for Art School classes; classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Students will be registered ONLY on receipt of payment. Enrollment requirements for all classes: 3 students minimum. Classes with low enrollment are cancelled 48 hours before the class is scheduled to begin. Refunds and Cancellation Policies: If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, a full refund will be issued. Refunds or class credit will not be issued for any other reason than cancellation of a class due to low enrollment.
